The Core Solihull

The Core is Solihull’s flagship community building. You can access a range of information and advice services, all in one central location.

Our Solihull Connect walk in centres provide a personal service when dealing with your queries. We can deal with a number of different enquiries at the same time. For example, Housing Benefit and Council Tax enquiries can be completed in one convenient visit.

Cash offices are located at our Solihull Connect at The Core and Solihull Connect at Coppice Way offices.

Cash offices at Theatre Square and Coppice Way

You can pay by cash, card and cheque at both walk in centres via a cashier.

You can also easily self-serve by using our payment kiosks. Our payment kiosks are available when the cash offices are closed, for full opening times please see above.
