Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) Resource Centre
Welcome to the Solihull Joint Strategic Needs Assessment website.
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is an ongoing process that identifies the future health and wellbeing needs of the people of Solihull. This website provides a central JSNA resource of local and national information for those who commission, provide or use health and social care services in Solihull.
Following the principles of the 2010 Marmot Review into health inequalities in England our JSNA also provides evidence of the wider social determinants of health - the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age and which can lead to health inequalities.
The Solihull JSNA Summary provides the key findings about health and wellbeing in Solihull and the wider determinants of health that affect our residents.
Our JSNA is the means by which the Solihull Health and Wellbeing Board will describe the future health, care and wellbeing needs of the local population, its overall vision, key priorities and the actions to meet those needs. These are provided in the current Solihull Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
You can explore information relating to each of the Solihull Health and Wellbeing Strategy priorities as well as up-to-date information about the Solihull population and its health and care needs through the menu below:
