If you need advice about creating or accessing your customer account the following information can help.

To create a Solihull Council customer account visit our sign up page.

  • you must have a valid email address and supply a phone number
  • you will be prompted to create a secure password
  • you must agree to our Terms and Conditions

No, you don't have to live within Solihull to have a customer account.

To login you will need to correctly enter your username and password. Don't try to login with a password you can't remember as too many incorrect attempts will lock your account.  

To request your username or reset your password visit our Account Assistance page. 

If you've contacted us in the past (whether by phone, email or online) and provided your email address it may already be stored in our system .

You can still set up your account by visiting our Account Assistance page & selecting the Email My Username option.

Once you login you will be taken to your Account Overview page. Under the Settings heading you can update your details or change your password.
