  • 2 hours free computer and internet access for library members (computers are available until 15 minutes before the library closes). Access for non-library members is charged at £1 for half an hour, or £2 for an hour

Activities

  • Free computer training - free courses using the LearnMyWay website, please ask staff for more information in the library or by ringing 0121 770 3451
  • Coffee morning - every Thursday 10.30am - 12.30pm
  • Free Health Checks - 10.30am to 12.30pm Thursday mornings, health checks include: Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, BMI. For more information download our Health check poster
  • Kingshurst Reading Café - the last Tuesday of the month 2.15pm to 3.15pm. Have a chat over coffee or tea about any books you have read recently and perhaps be inspired to try some new authors. Free to attend and everyone is welcome
  • Local Councillors Advice Surgery - held on the 2nd Saturday in each month 11.00am to midday
  • Rhyme Time - once a fortnight on Tuesdays starting 10.15am for 20-30 minutes. A short interactive session for babies and very young children (0-2) that includes finger and action rhymes and songs. Also a chance to meet other mums and carers
  • Story time for Pre-School Children - Fridays 10.15am for 20-30 minutes, term time only
  • Family History Group - Interested in family history? Come along to the new group at Kingshurst Libary. Meet new friends, share your experience and get mutual support with your research.
