Why is Licence spelt wrong in the menu?

The navigation was produced by another Council and has been adopted as a Central Government standard for local authorities.

This spelling error would need to be corrected in many places. To alter this manually would take considerable time - time better spent adding information to the site. A new version of the navigation is due to be released, so in time, the error will be fixed.
