Provider Registration Help Menu

A step by step guide to help you to register as a provider of physical activities in Solihull.

Step 1 Click into each box marked * in the provider registration screen, add your organisation details (NB use an email address you will access regularly)

Step 2 Add a brief description of your organisation using the example as a guide (NB you will be able to alter or add to your details once you are a registered provider)

Step 3 Click save

Step 4 You will receive an email confirming you have asked to be a registered provider

Step 5 Your details will be checked by an administrator

Step 6 When your details are checked you will receive an email confirming that your details have gone "live" on the web

Step 7 You can now log in, using your user name and password, and add all your activity sessions, alter your details and add events

Step 8 Log in by clicking the link through or putting the address in your toolbar with your web browser open, www.solihull.gov.uk/activities or through the main website for Solihull MBC in the leisure section www.solihull.gov.uk/leisure

Step 9 If you forget your password you can ask for it to be sent. If you change your email address simply update your provider details
