That no objection be raised to the retention of the access crossing.
05 08/1928 - SOLIHULL FIRE STATION, STREETSBROOK ROAD
That no objection be raised subject to conditions to control the materials and finishes.
06 08/1989 - 31 ASHLEIGH ROAD
That no objection be raised subject to conditions to secure materials and landscaping.
07 08/22 - BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
That members note the impact on the setting of St Peter's Church and upon the character, appearance and setting of Bickenhill Conservation Area, and the proposed mitigation measures to reduce the impact of the scheme upon the setting of listed buildings and upon the character of the conservation area as outlined above, as well as the imposition of provisions to ensure that the condition and future viability of Castle Hill are maintained and enhanced as part of the proposals.

That no objection be raised to the pitch and fence at Option 1, subject to conditions to secure details. That an objection be raised to the proposals at Option 2's position to the south of the hall due to the adverse impact upon the setting of Grade II listed hall.

That an objection be raised to the adverse impact that the harsh appearance of the shutter would create upon this part of the conservation area, and the unfortunate precedent that it would set for the protection of other similar open lobbies.
10 08/1553 - 32 HIGH STREET
That an objection be raised to the change of use and extended opening hours, as this would fail to preserve or enhance the character of this part of the Conservation Area.
11 08/1433 - 2635 STRATFORD ROAD
That no objection be raised subject to receipt of the imposition of conditions to secure the high quality materials, finishes, lighting hard surfacing and planting scheme required within the immediate setting of the grade II listed war memorial.

03The Planning Officer submitted details of various planning applications that had been discussed by the Advisory Committee at its last meeting.
11The Planning Officer advised that the application sought planning consent to erect a replacement motor dealership building with ancillary areas of car parking and soft planting.
