To approve proposed criteria and the approach for the purchase of properties by Solihull Community Housing to implement its stock growth strategy within the approved 2012/13 Delivery Plan.

The Cabinet Member agreed to:
(a) Approve the proposed criteria and the approach for the acquisition of properties by Solihull Community Housing;
(b) Agree to receive proposals for any purchase of £300k or more; and
(c) Note the proposed arrangements for reporting activity and spend on acquisitions.
