To receive the Care Trust Quarterly Monitoring Report; to receive any consequent recommendations from the Health, Social Care and Partnerships Scrutiny Board and to endorse any proposed actions

The Cabinet Member for Health, Social Care and Partnerships:-
(i) Noted the report including the comments made by the Health, Social Care and Partnerships Scrutiny Board's Care Trust Scrutiny Panel; and
(ii)In response to the report further project and management reports would be needed, and details of complaints and compliments.
