Policy framework/budget And Financial implications
The operational management of the site currently forms part of the Authority's Strategic Environment Contract which was subject to a competitive procurement process in 2007. The current cost of this element of the contract is £0.400m. The implementation of the proposed plan will be implemented at no extra cost to the original tendered price.
