To request approval for the action plan to reduce the overspend on Transport & Highways Cabinet from the 2004-05 final accounts to the 2005-06 financial year, subject to approval by full Cabinet on the 4th August 2005

To approve the action plan to reduce the carry-forward of the overspend of £107k into 200506, subject to approval by Cabinet Member for Local Services to offset part of the underspend on Local Services and subject to Full Cabinet approval on the 4 August 2005.
