Approved that Solihull MBC continues to support and host the Youth Dance Contact role on behalf of the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sub Region if Dancescape ceases to exist after current funding comes to an end.

To confirm arrangements for Solihull MBC to host the Youth Dance Contact role for Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire within the Dancescape Project. To put forward a recommendation that Solihull MBC continues to host the Youth Dance Contact role on behalf of the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sub Regional Partnership should Dancescape cease to exist at the end of current funding arrangements in April 2010.
