After sell out tours in 2006 & 2007 Brum Rocks Live returns with new songs, new stories, and the same electric atmosphere!
Music by bands in the late 1950s and 60s were introduced in local clubs like The Cedar, The Carlton, The Adelphi Ballroom and many more. Bands like Danny King & The Royals, The John Bull Breed, The M&B 5, Carl Wayne & The Vikings, Mike Sheridan & The Nightriders, Denny Laine & The Diplomats plus The Modernairs to name but a few… had Brum rockin'.
The tour brings together Bev Bevan (The Move, ELO, Sabbath), Steve Gibbons (The Ugly's), Trevor Burton (The Move, Dexy's) and Danny King (Danny King & The Mayfair Set). Together they bang out tunes guaranteed to bring memories flooding back. The whole show is narrated by Laurie Hornsby.
