Conditions of Sale

1. Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded.
2. Photography/audio/visual recording of any kind are all strictly forbidden.
3. Duty Managers retain the right to refuse admission.
4. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
5. Managers have the right to cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond control without notice. Liability is limited to price of ticket.
6. For tickets sold on behalf of a third party, the ticket outlet is acting merely as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by ticketholders if the event does not take place in whole or in part.
7. Some shows may include pyrotechnics or strobe lighting.
8. Seats P1 to P7 and P24 to P30 have restricted legroom.
9. For Solihull Arts Complex follow road signs for adjacent Touchwood carpark.
