As the proprietor of a food business you will have responsibilities under food safety legislation. You will need to find out which legislation applies to you and you also need to find out what to do in order to comply with that legislation. You will also need to consider facilities for the disabled. Contact the food safety team for further information on 0121 704 6837. -
Registration
