The Cabinet:- (i) Considered the advice of the UDP Task and Finish Group and the recommendations of the Regeneration, Environment and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Board in respect of responses to objections and alterations to the UDP Review First Deposit; (ii) Received and noted representations made by GeraldEve; (iii) Agreed the responses to objections and the alterations to the Plan; and (iv) Approved the UDP Review Revised Deposit for publication. |

The Cabinet:
(i) Agreed that the four projects identified by the Asset Management Group do not go forward to be scored by the Capital Project Appraisal System in 2003/04; (ii) Noted the projects which had been withdrawn from the process for 2003/04; (iii) Agreed that the additional bid received from the Education and Children’s Services Directorate should proceed to be scored; and (iv) Supported the view of the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board that the report should be circulated to Opposition Spokespersons so their views can be received at the next Cabinet meeting.
