Midlands Renaissance Area Highway Improvements Resolution of Railtrack Dispute |
The Cabinet
:- (i) Noted the final settlement of the dispute with Network Rail (formerly Railtrack); and (ii) Endorsed the actions taken to secure additional funding to settle the dispute. |
To inform
the Cabinet of the final settlement of the dispute with Railtrack relating
to works on the A45 Coventry Road Bridge No. 348A and Bickenhill Lane Bridge
No. 350 over the West Coast Main Line railway. Also to advise Members that Mr Jeffery Brown, formerly of Lee Crowder, will attend the meeting to respond to any questions regarding the legal aspects of this report. |
