Disposal of Land at Monkspath Hall Road |
The Cabinet:- (i) having taken regard of the objections made, agreed the disposal by way of lease to the Council’s leisure operator, on the basis set out in this report of land at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre (identified on the plan 3 submitted in this report) subject to the completion of a contract for the operation of the Tudor Grange Leisure Centre and the grant of detailed planning permission; (ii) agreed that the wooded area at the Monkspath Hall Road site (as indicated on plan 4 submitted in this report) be excluded from any disposal of this site and be retained in the ownership of the Council; and (iii) agreed the disposal of the land at Monkspath Hall Road (as shown on the plan 4 attached to this report) subject to and following the grant of outline planning permission for residential care/residential development for the purpose only of providing financial resources as an enabling contribution towards the construction costs of replacement leisure facilities at Tudor Grange and enhancements to Tudor Grange Park.

Cabinet: (i) approved the timetable for completing the Neighbourhood Plans in Craig Croft and North Arran Way; and (ii) approved the timetable for preparing the remaining Neighbourhood Plans. |
