Best Value Performance Plan 2003/04 |
The Cabinet; (i) Agreed in order to meet the statutory deadline to delegate approval of the final draft to the Leader and Opposition Spokespersons before the Plan is submitted to Full Council for ratification on 15 July 2003; and [ii] Approved the outline BVPP format, so that work can commence on drafting the BVPP.

The Best Value Performance Plan is a statutory document published annually by 30 June 2003. It is the principal means by which the Council is held accountable for compliance with its statutory duty of Best Value. It contains details of service plans, policies and performance trends. The Council's Constitution requires final approval by Full Council |
