265Cab04 Management Agreement with Solihull Community Housing The Cabinet: -

Approved the management agreement subject to the delegation to the Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Leader and Opposition Spokespersons, to make minor amendments;

Approved that the Council representative for 2004/05 be the Chief Executive Officer and in future years the representative be nominated by the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Housing and Community Safety; and

Noted the latest Delivery Plan and approved that it be delegated to the Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Housing and Community Safety to consider on 24th May 2004 after incorporating the improvement plan following the recent Inspection.

Expressed their appreciation and gratitude to all those staff that had been involved in the creation of Solihull Community Housing.

To approve the Management Agreement with Solihull Community Housing which will result in the creation from the arms length management organisation (ALMO) from 1 April 2004 31 March 2004
