 Approved the proposed changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association giving the Birmingham and Solihull Chamber of Commerce an additional vote at general meetings,  power to acquire assets of other bodies and to change  nominating rights of members for the appointment of directors.

authorised the Chief Executive or her nominee to attend any company meeting or sign any written resolution to approve the above changes

To enable Birmingham and Solihull Connexions to be taken out of local authority control and to facilitate the acquisition of Birmingham Careers Education Business Partnership and Central Careers Solihull 27 February 2003  
011ldr03 Best Value Performance Plan Summary2003/4 The Leader of the Council agreed the Summary information. The Best Value Performance Plan Summary is a statutory document published annually.  Government has removed the link between the Summary and Best Value Performance Plan giving complete local discretion overy the contents of the Summary.  Guidance suggests the Summary should be intergrated with the annual Council Tax bill leaflet. 27 February 2003
