002ldr02	Scheme of Delegations	To approve the Scheme of Delegations	The Scheme is required to enable Cabinet Members and officers to make decisions about functions and to provide which decisions are to be made by the Cabinet	27 June 2002	The Scheme of Delegation is deposited at the Council House and available for public inspection.
