Request for approval for the action plan to reduce the overspend carry forward from 2004-05 final accounts process.

To agree the proposed application of the carry-forward overspend of £13K into 2005-06, subject to Full Cabinet approval on 4th August; and

To approve the virement of £53K of the carry forward to Transport & Highways Cabinet as part of their overspend action plan which is subject to Full Cabinet approval on 4th August.

To agree the proposed action plan to reduce the overspend on Local Services Cabinet from the 2004-05 final accounts to the 2005-06 financial year including virement of part of the carry forward to Transport & Highways Cabinet, subject to approval by Full Cabinet on 4th August 2005.
