To approve a payment to Bromford Housing Group of £145,000, to support the development at Wharf Lane comprising £64,000 from the Council’s enabling fund and the capital receipt arising from the site at Hobs Moat; To approve a payment by West Mercia Housing Group of £81,000 for the lease of land at Hobs Moat and the Council to make a contribution of £200,000 to the proposed project being the balance of the agreed site valuation; To approve a further commitment of £250,000 from commuted sum monies to the Swallows Meadow Extra Care bid; and To receive further reports on the uses of enabling and commuted sum money as schemes are progressed with partner housing associations and the Housing Corporation. |
