To enable Officers to run a 'best value' tender exercise for five service contracts for the provision of community based services for people with mental health needs. |

The Cabinet Member:- (i) Noted the responses to the consultation exercise in relation to fly posting; (ii) Approved the fly posting enforcement strategy for use within the Borough; and (iii) Asked that a report be submitted, to a future decision session, on the process and conditions for granting permissions, and how compliance with permissions will be monitored. |
