Make a Payment
Solihull Council's payments are now processed by Civica UK. When making a payment you will be transferred to the Civica secure payments web site.

If you experience any technical problems whilst submitting your payment, please email systemscontrol@solihull.gov.uk or call on 0121 704 6209. Please note that we can only respond during office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm).
For any other enquiries you may have, please refer back to your bill, invoice or payment notice for full details on how you may contact the office.
What Can You Pay?
You can pay your Council Tax, Sundry Income Invoices, Business Rates, Parking Fines, Housing Rent & Service Charges, Benefit Overpayments & Truancy Penalty Notices.
If you are making a Sundry Income payment please note the reference number you need to quote is the account number together with the invoice number (16 digits in total). This can be found on your invoice or reminder.
You can also make payments to certain schools for school meals, school fund contributions and other school payments.
Please ensure that you receive a receipt number at the end of the transaction. If you do not receive a receipt number then the transaction has not been successfully completed.
Payments may also be made to your account by calling our Automated Telephone Payments line on 0121 704 0869.
MasterCard SecureCode® and Verified by Visa®are services from the major card issuers that provide added protection when you pay online via the internet. There is no need to get a new debit or credit card. You choose your own personal secure password and it is never shared with the Council or any merchant. Your private password means added protection against unauthorised use of your card when you pay online.
Every time you pay online, if you have registered a security password, you will be diverted to your card issuer who will ask you to enter all or part of your personal password. Once the correct entry has been made your payment will continue. If you are not registered you may be invited to register your card before continuing with your payment (depending upon your card issuer). If you wish you can elect not to register your card at this time, we will still process your payment.

For authentication reasons you will be asked to provide the name on your card and your address
The cards accepted are VISA, Mastecard, Maestro, Electron and SOLO
