About the Community Safety Partnership

Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership

The partnership has members from both statutory bodies that combine forces to co-ordinate work to tackle crime and disorder and address drug and alcohol misuse within the borough.

The Local Authority, West Midlands Police, Solihull Primary Care Trust, West Midlands Fire Service, West Midlands Police Athutority and probation service are all 'Responsible Bodies' and have a statutory duty to prepare and deliver a Community Safety Plan and consider crime and disorder in all aspects of their work.

The Solihull Partnership

The Local Strategic Partnership serves the local area and the Safer Solihull Group reports to the LSP.

The Safer Solihull  provides a framework for the agencies and communities across the borough to get together and co-ordinate work and ideas to meet the economic, social and environmental needs and the health and well being of its people.
