Census Information
Key Statistics
The Census is a count of all people and households and is the most complete source of information about the population that we have. The latest Census was held on Sunday 29 April 2001.
The Office for National Statistics issued KEY STATISTICS, extracted from the 2001 Census data. Key Statistics include information which is most commonly requested about the whole range of Census data, and is available for the Borough, individual electoral wards, post code sectors and output areas (groups of approximately 100 households). More detailed statistics for all levels, contained in Standard Tables, can be accessed on the National Statistics web site or from sustainabledevelopment@solihull.gov.uk
