This page provides information about how you can provide feedback about Council services in the form of a compliment or complaint.
If you wish to complain about an issue that you would like the Council to deal with such as noisy neighbours, a missed bin collection or to report a pot hole for example please use the relevant online form which can be found on our 'Report it' page.
We are committed to putting the needs of our customers first. We aim to be a high performing Council, delivering high quality services where the customer is at the heart of everything we do. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when we do not meet your expectations or the standards we set for ourselves.
