Community Risk Register

Within the West Midlands, we have worked with a wide range of other Category 1 and 2 responders, and other stakeholders, to discharge the risk assessment duty required by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.

We have reviewed a range of hazards that could potentially be a risk within the West Midlands and assessed them in terms of likelihood and impact.

We will use these risk ratings to review and prioritise our emergency planning arrangements to ensure we can effectively respond to any such risks should they occur.
