Donating furniture to charity

If your unwanted furniture is in good condition you could donate it to one of the following charities who will collect it for free.

Solihull Community Furniture

They take all old furniture in good condition that can be sold onto others.

All beds and mattresses must still have the fire resistant sticker on. They can't take TVs or any other electrical goods.

Community Transport Birmingham

Telephone: 0121 773 2858.

Will collect for free good quality resalable furniture, including suites and mattresses with fire labels. Also some electrical goods and bric-a-brac. They re-sell through large warehouse in Bordesley Green. They will do house clearances from £100 and small removals from £125.
