Replacement Wheelie bin or recycling container

My wheelie bin or recycling container is damaged and I need a new one?

Boxes, white sacks and wheelie bins that are reported as damaged will only be replaced if they have become unserviceable and not useable. We do not replace containers for cosmetic reasons. We may repair bins if the body is still serviceable, for example if the wheel is broken we may replace the wheel only.

If we do need to replace the whole container, please leave the damaged container, empty and available for collection. We do not deliver a replacement if the damaged item is not available.

My wheelie bin or recycling container has gone missing and I need a new one?

If your wheelie bin or recycling container is lost or has been stolen we will replace it free of charge, provided that you have not already had a replacement within the last 24 months. If you have already had a replacement within the last 24 months there will be a charge for the replacements so please put your house name/number and road name on your wheelie bins and recycling containers as this will make it much easier for you to find your bin and for our refuse collectors to return the correct bin or container to the property they collected it from.

I have moved to a new home and need waste and recycling containers?

We will provide these free of charge, please see moving house page.
