Bulky Waste Collection Service
If you have a large item such as a piece of furniture or a fridge etc you wish to dispose of, we offer a Bulky Waste Collection Service at a small charge.
Alternatively, see our donating furniture to charity webpage to see if they are able to collect the item for free.
How do I arrange a collection?
Please ensure you have read the following before booking your bulky collection:
You can arrange a collection and payment over the phone. Contact 0121 704 8000. Alternatively you can download and print off a Bulky Waste Form and send it back to us with a cheque for the collection.

How do I cancel or change my booking?
Once your booking is complete we cannot make changes to the items you have asked us to collect or your booked collection date. If you wish to change the items or date then we will have to cancel your original booking and arrange a new booking.
