All remaining waste, after you have taken out your recycling, goes in your household waste collection

We will collect your household waste every week.  Please use our collection day schedule to see what day your household waste is collected.

What can you put in your Household Waste Collection?

Yes Please:

  • All remaining waste, after you have taken out your recycling

No thanks:

What do I have to do on the day of my collection?

Please put your black wheelie bin out by 7.00am on the day of collection at the edge of your property (where it meets the pavement). If your home doesn't front directly onto the pavement or you live on a private drive, please place your bin where your boundary meets the pavement.

Assisted Collection Service

We have an Assisted Collection Service for residents who are unable to place their wheelie bins and recycling boxes and sack out for collection due to infirmity or disability.

Black Wheelie Bins

Deliveries of black wheelie bins are now complete. Those properties not suitable for wheelie bins will have received purple sacks.

Read the Black Wheelie Bin Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
