What's on

whats on winter 2018 graphic

Offering wide open spaces and great accessibility, it is little wonder there are so many events in Solihull through the year.

No matter what the season, or the weather, a great show is always put on.

It is not all happening in our parks though, with many conservation projects and environmental initiatives taking place in our Local Nature Reserves too.

Upcoming events

Saturday 17 February
Solihull Fairtrade Trail

The Solihull Fairtrade Trail will give families the chance to track down chocolate bar characters designed by Solihull children from Saturday 17 February until Sunday 4 March 2018. The artwork will be located in various locations across Solihull town centre.

Chocolate bar-inspired designs have been created by pupils from a number of local schools and will be displayed in shops around the town centre. After picking up a Fairtrade Trail question sheet, children can search local shops for the characters and crack a code. Trail sheets are also available from the Touchwood Information Desk and The Core Library.

Providing some free half-term activity, the Fairtrade Trail takes children on a treasure hunt where they can pick up information about how and why Fairtrade is important.
