Mamma Mia Italian Market

  • 9.00am - 5.00pm Mell Square
    Italy comes to Solihull! This superb traditional Italian market returns to tickle your taste buds, with a selection of traditional Italian breads, olives and much more.

Saturday 19th May
Donkey Derby

  • 12.30pm - 4.30pm Shirley Park

Wednesday 23rd May
Community Day

  • 10.30am - 12.00pm Hermitage Park, Hermitage Road (off Moat Lane)
    Calling all willing volunteers!  Help to make a difference to our parks and open spaces by joining in a clean up.  Tasks include fence maintenance, graffiti removal, litter picking and other manual jobs.  Gloves, sturdy shoes and old clothes or overalls are essential as you may get dirty - but all in a good cause.  Meet at the entrance by the ambulance station.

Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th May
Robert Wilkinson’s Funfair

  • Meriden Park
    Come and enjoy all the fun of the fair as this popular event returns to Meriden Park for another year.  There are thrills, spills and rides suitable for all ages, as well as chances to win prizes and refreshments galore.  £1 per person admission, plus an additional charge for some of the rides.

Saturday 26th May
Gardeners' Spring Fayre

  • 10.00am - 4.00pm Mell Square
    Once again our Gardeners’ Spring Fayre will bring the garden into the town centre, with a selection of stalls, talks, demonstrations and displays from local garden centres, independents and retailers, and green crafts for the kids.  A perfect day out for all you green-fingered visitors to Solihull Town Centre.

Wednesday 30th May
Octavian Droobers Orienteering event

  • 6pm - 8.30pm, Hillfield Park
    Beginners welcome.  Meet in the car park.  Please wear lightweight running gear and trainers - bring a compass if you have one.  For more information visit http://www.octavian-droobers.org/
