Offering wide open spaces and great accessibility, it is little wonder there are so many events in Solihull through the year.

No matter what the season, or the weather, a great show is always put on.

It is not all happening in our parks though, with many conservation projects and environmental initiatives taking place in our Local Nature Reserves too.

Meet Santa

Touchwood - Saturday 18 November to Sunday 24 December inclusive

Santa Claus is coming to town! Come along to meet him and his elves in his grotto, located in the Atrium at Touchwood, and you may come home with an early Christmas present! Entry costs £5 per child -  online booking in advance is available this year.

Christmas Food Market

Mell Square, High Street and Mill Lane, Solihull, Friday 15 - Saturday 16 December inclusive, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Sample the best of locally sourced food and produce from a range of top quality suppliers at this special two-day festive market, featuring many of the stallholders who regularly take part in the monthly Farmer’s Markets and Fine and Local Food Fayres.

The market offers fine foods, organic farm produce, arts and crafts from regional artists and gourmet delicacies from home and abroad.

Tinsel Tots

The Parkridge Centre, Brueton Park, B91 3HG - Friday 8, 15 and 22 December: 10.30am - 12.00pm & 1.30pm - 3.00pm
