Fairtrade in Solihull
Awarded Fairtrade Borough status in 2010, we’re a proud supporter of the campaign which ensures farmers and workers from the developing world are treated fairly.
Read about what the Council has been doing to support Fairtrade here.
The steering group for the campaign in the borough is Solihull Fairtrade (SoFT), which is made up of committed individuals, local groups and businesses interested in promoting Fairtrade.
If your business sells Fairtrade products or your organisation, school or college uses Fairtrade products regularly you can also be added to the Fairtrade Directory.
If you use Fairtrade in your meetings or tea breaks, you can become a Fairtrade Workplace - just download the certificate, fill it in and send it to email@example.com - it will get uploaded onto our publicly viewable register. Don't forget to display it in your office too.
