It will be shared with the school that your child/children attend. It may be shared with other Council divisions, government departments and West Midlands Travel.

The information that you provided will be kept for 7 years after the end of your claim for travel assistance and/or after your child/children completes year 11 of their education.

How we will ensure it is accurate

Council staff will contact you to ask you to confirm your information, if applicable.

How we will safeguard it

The information will be kept in a secure environment. It will be held on computer databases that can only be accessed by authorised members of Council staff.
