Information about the Blue European Badge Scheme (previously Orange), how to apply for a badge and where you can park.
Where can I park in Solihull?
People with Blue Badges may park free of charge in pay and display car parks. They may also use bays marked for disabled people at:
- A34 Stratford Road (service roads between Olton Road and Solihull Road)
- A34 Stratford Road (service roads between the Saracen's Head and Hasluck's Green Road)
- Balsall Common Car Park (off Station Rd at rear of Library)
- Church Hill Road Multi Storey
- Drury Lane
- Hobs Moat Road (service roads north and south of Ulleries Road)
- Knowle Car Parks (near Tesco and rear of Library)
- Lode Lane Multi Storey Car Park (charges apply)
- Marks and Spencer Multi Storey Car Park (charges apply)
- Marston Drive, Kingshurst (outside Library)
- Mell Square Multi Storey Car Park (charges apply)
- Mill Lane (Mell Square end)
- Princes Way Multi Storey Car Park
- Shirley Library Car Park
- Station Road (service road)
- Station Road, Marston Green (service road outside Post Office).
- Station Road, Marston Green (Lay-by outside shops nr Elmdon Road).
- Touchwood Car Park (charges apply)

The information that you provide to us on the Blue Badge application form and any other information that may be supplied in support of the application:
- May be retained in paper files or computer systems.
- Will only be used by us for the purpose of assessing your eligibility for this concession, the maintenance of our records which we are required to keep and the provision of statistical information.
- May be passed to other agencies or professionals in order for us to confirm the claims that you have made in connection with your application for a Blue Badge.
