  • Needs assessment
    A needs assessment means assessing if a person has social care needs that are eligible for services arranged or provided by the Care Trust.
  • Occupational therapy
    Occupational Therapy helps people live more productive lives. It enables people with disabilities to carry out essential activities, with the aim of maintaining or improving independence.
  • Parking permits - blue badge
