If you are going into hospital you may need help when you leave to continue to live in your home. If requested, a Social Worker will look into what help you need and decide with you what services can be provided. -

Search for your local doctor, dentist, pharmacy or optician. -
Tax relief and benefits when hospitalised
If you are a long term resident in hospital you should notify the Department for Work and Pensions and our Revenues & Benefits office.
