If you are concerned about keeping up with your mortgage payments or think that you may be at risk of losing your home then free, independent and confidential advice is available.

The Citizens Advice Bureaux and other independent advice organisations have produced a helpful Mortgage Advice leaflet

If you are homeless or think that you are at risk of becoming homeless you should:

• Call Solihull Community Housing on 0121 717 1515 (weekdays, 8am - 6pm), or the out of hours emergency number on 0121 717 1515
• Call into your nearest area housing office
