- Groundwork Trust
- FWAG (Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group)
- Habitat Management - Local Nature Reserves (LNR)
- Advising on the Councils statutory duties with respect to Local Nature reserves (LNR)
- Co-ordinating the designation of LNR's
- Writing management plans and monitoriing
- Promoting the consevation of priority species under teh UKBAP(1992) and the Regional and Local Biodiversity Action Plan for Solihull and the West Midlands
