Housing repairs - communal areas

There may be occasions when you notice items that need repairing in communal areas, we urge you to report these repairs as soon as possible, so they can be fixed.

Information on reporting repairs is available on Solihull Community Housing's website. Solihull Community Housing manages our Council Housing stock. You can also report your repair online on their website.
