Council Housing - Evictions

We have a duty to collect all rent due for our dwellings as this income is vital to fund other housing services. We take all reasonable steps to try to resolve tenancy or rent arrears problems. However, if all else fails, we will apply to the Court to repossess a property. Information on evictions is available on Solihull Community Housing's website. Solihull Community Housing manages our Council Housing stock.
