Home exchange

If you are a Council or a Housing Association tenant you normally have the right to swap your home with another tenant (called a mutual exchange) provided you have permission from us/your landlord.

Information on home exchanges is available on Solihull Community Housing's website. Solihull Community Housing manages our Council Housing stock.
