Land Liaison

The Landscape Section liaise with the community in several ways including:

• Co-ordination of events in LNRs (Local Nature Reserve)
• Promoting Practical Conservation
• Constituted community groups
• Promoting environmental education
• Assisting groups with grant applications
• Designation of LNRs
• Management Plans
• Design, maintenance & management of LNRs
• Advisory service to the public
• Park Action Groups
• Public Consultation
