How are we performing?

All local planning authorities are required to monitor and report on the implementation of their planning policies and proposals as well as progress towards producing the planning documents set out in our Local Development Scheme (LDS). Each year an Annual Monitoring Report is submitted to the Secretary of State by 31st December, covering the previous monitoring period, 1st April - 31st March.
