Under 5's services

There are regular storytimes in many of our libraries, see our Storytelling timetable for more information. Libraries are one of the main places for picking up your free Bookstart packs.

Playgroups Nurseries and Childminders

Playgroups, nurseries, childminders and parent toddler groups can have a special ticket to borrow extra books. By arrangement groups are welcome to visit their local library, or the librarian may be able to visit to tell stories to children, or to talk to parents and carers about choosing and using books with the under 5's.
